Join us for our all new Adult Fitness class!! Fitness professionals agree, your workouts become more efficient when you develop a better mind-body connection. All levels of experience welcome, Exercises can be modified according to your ability. Great place for any adult looking to start their fitness journey or someone more experienced who is looking to add something new and challenging to their current workout routine.
