Speed, Agility, & Power


Level 1 — Ages 10 - 14

Total body exercises will be selected and rotated for optimal fitness. This class develops each athlete’s overall fitness with a variety of training techniques including medicine balls, body weight exercises, sled training, weight training, box jumps, balance & stability training and more! Athletes will strengthen various movement patterns in all planes of motion which strengthens key joints and limits injuries. We also incorporate reaction time training with decision making drills to keep athletes minds sharp and ready to take on any competitor in any sport.

Level 2 — Ages 14 - 18

This class is for athletes in entering or in high school. Total body exercises will be selected and rotated for optimal fitness. Athletes will be challenged and will develop all aspects of fitness including: Power, Speed, Agility, Strength, Balance, Endurance, and Reaction Time.

Small Group Training


For Groups of 2 to 12

Group training session are 60 minutes long and comprising of two 30-minute segments. The first segment is weight training that targets the major muscle groups. The second segment is goal specific with exercises selected to reach each participants specific goals.
