The MAC’s certified trainers have a proven track record in guiding today’s athletes to the next level. Jared Marek and his staff create custom programs tailored to help athletes meet their goals, while utilizing injury prevention training techniques. Training in a small group or team environment allows driven athletes to become bigger, faster and stronger in addition to having fun while building team unity and camaraderie.

The Starting Line

Ages 9-12
Saturday and Sunday Group Class Options

Drop-In: $10/class

A fun class to kick-start a new routine. Each session introduces kids to fitness in a fun and comfortable setting. Classes are structured with games and activities designed to get kids excited about exercise. Following the session, Parents and children will have 10 minutes to ask any fitness/health related questions they may have and get feedback right from a certified personal trainer. Perfect for anyone who may be a little intimidated by the thought of going to the gym or who would like to learn how to balance their life with more activity..

Speed, Agility, & Power

Level 1 — 5th & 6th Grade Athletes

A great class workout designed for athletes in 5th and 6th grades. Total body exercises will be selected and rotated for optimal fitness. We focus on building coordination and using only body weight exercises. Athletes end each workout with a fun, yet challenging game.

Level 2 — 7th & 8th Grade Athletes

This class develops each athlete’s overall fitness with a variety of training techniques including medicine balls, bodyweight exercises, sled training, weight training, box jumps, balance & stability training and more! Athletes will strengthen various movement patterns in all planes of motion which strengthens key joints and limits injuries. We also incorporate reaction time training with decision making drills to keep athletes minds sharp and ready to take on any competitor in any sport.

Level 3 — High School Athletes

This class is for athletes in high school. Total body exercises will be selected and rotated for optimal fitness. Athletes will be challenged and will develop all aspects of fitness including: Power, Speed, Agility, Strength, Balance, Endurance, and Reaction Time.

BOOT CAMP...2019

Combining weights and cardio together in one class, Boot camp will jump start your metabolism for the day! Circuits will consist of safe and effective exercises that can always be modified for all levels. Coach Stacy Jantz

One on One Training gives you the best results in the shortest amount of time. Workouts are designed for you and your personal goals, whether its sports specific or for general health and wellness. We hand pick exercises, supply you with the knowledge you need and manage all other variables so that you can be the absolute best athlete you can be. This is for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level.

Small Group Training

For Groups of 2 to 10

Group training session are 60 minutes long and comprising of two 30-minute segments. The first segment is weight training that targets the major muscle groups. The second segment is goal specific with exercises selected to reach each participants specific goals.
