The MAC’s certified trainers have a proven track record in guiding today’s athletes to the next level. Jared Marek and his staff create custom programs tailored to help athletes meet their goals, while utilizing injury prevention training techniques. Training in a small group or team environment allows driven athletes to become bigger, faster and stronger in addition to having fun while building team unity and camaraderie.

Jared is here to help! His focus is on educating and motivating all that he is fortunate enough to train and coach. I started working out with Jared about a year ago. I've had two kids and a schedule that is not always conducive to working out.
