Adult Fitness Boot Camp

Why
Why should we join and how does it work? You should train here if you want to lose weight from fat, define your midsection, build confidence, build muscle, improve posture, burn calories, strengthen joints, decrease back pain, or just to improve your overall health! Whatever your reason to train is, this bootcamp will get you closer to reaching that goal. We include your favorite Boot Camp style exercises and use other tools like battle ropes, bosu balls, swiss balls, activmotion bars and a variety of body weight exercises to keep things fresh and exciting for every class!  

Who?
All levels of experience welcome, Exercises can be modified according to your ability. Great place for any adult looking to start their fitness journey or someone more experienced who is looking to add something new and challenging to their current workout routine. Take your first week of classes and if you are not satisfied with our workouts get your money back! No hassle guarantee!

*We recommend coming in on non-consecutive days for your first week.*
