Sports Party Note:
The Mac does not supply a coach for a sports party. A Parent/Coach must run the activity portion of the party. A Mac server will be on staff for Gold and Silver parties.
Active Kids Camp Party Note:
An Active Kids Camp Coach will run the party activities. A Mac server will be on staff for Gold and Silver parties. This party has a $50 additional charge for the camp coach.
GOLD MEDAL Sports Package:
Two Hours
1 1/4 Hour on Court or Field depending on desired sport.
45 Minutes in decorated party room or common area, Includes:
-All décor, plates, cups, napkins, etc.
-Pitchers of soft drinks
-Homemade hearth baked pizzas/ thin crust or Hot Dogs/Chips
-Includes Server
-Customer must supply cake/dessert
Base Price for 15 participants (including Birthday children)
$450 plus tax
$25 per additional child over Qty 15 participants
$25 non-refundable Deposit required to book party and is in addition to the base price.
$50 additional charge for Active Kids Camp party, see Party note at the top of page.
The balance of the party is due on day of event.
*No outside food/drinks are allowed to be brought in other then your cake/cupcakes.
*Tax and Gratuity is not included in Base Price.
SILVER MEDAL Sports Package:
1 1/2 Hours
1 Hour on Court or Field depending on desired sport.
30 minutes at a decorated Table or common area, Includes:
-All décor, plates, cups, napkins, etc.
-Pitchers of soft drinks *This package does not come with food and you are not allowed to bring in your own.
-Includes Server
-Customer must supply cake/cupcakes
Base Price for 15 participants(Including Birthday children)
$350 plus tax
$20 per additional child over Qty 15 participants
$25 non-refundable Deposit required to book party and is in addition to the base price.
$50 additional charge for Active Kids Camp party, see Party note at the top of page.
