• We do not give Refunds or Credits for Missed Classes
• Cancelations / Withdraw from classes and programs prior to registration closing.
  • Credit Card: There is a 5% processing fee for refunds back to Credit Cards. Refund are only processed to the credit card on invoice.
  • MAC Credit: Customer receives a credit to their MAC customer account for the amount paid for the program. The credit can be used for future program registration.

• The MAC does not share or sell your personal information.

• No spectators on the field unless authorized
• No food or drink allowed on the field – Water, Gatorade, and Coffee ONLY
• No gum or sunflower seeds allowed anywhere in stadium
• No glass containers
• No outside alcohol permitted
• No pets allowed
• No climbing on fences or sport equipment
• No hitting or kicking balls into backstops or fences
• No metal cleats, athletic shoes or molded cleats only
• No unauthorized tents, chairs, or shade structures allowed on the turf.
• Do not leave your children unattended.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Parents are responsible for the safety of their children.
• No Alcohol or tailgating in the parking lot.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

• You are responsible for the supervision of your kids.
• Sport Balls and equipment are for use on the field/courts only. During League Play they are not allowed in the building (MAC will supply balls)
• Team warm ups can take place, but without a ball when not on the courts/fields.
• No outside shoes allowed on the courts.
• No hanging on the nets or rims.
• No outside food or drink (athlete's water bottle is accepted)
• There is a designated drinking area for those guests who are 21 or older. Adult beverages must be consumed in this area.
• No GUM
• No sandals, boots, spikes, cleats, or dress shoes on our turf fields (Indoor gym shoes or Indoor soccer shoes)
• No Spitting
• No fighting, unruly conduct, profanity, or rough play.
• ALL participants MUST fill out and sign our facility wavier.
• Please abide by all parking signs and markings, as vehicles parked illegally/improperly will be towed at the owner’s expense.
• During league play we now have uniformed security doing bag checks in the lobby of The MAC and managing the flow of guests in the building and parking lot. Please abide by their instructions as it is for everyone’s safety.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  

*Violators of these rules will be asked to leave the facility, and are subject to a suspension from the MAC.
