Coach - Epic Ninja & Obstacle is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic individuals to serve as coaches for our youth programs. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, staying active, and creating a fun, engaging, and positive environment for children to learn and grow.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking someone who:

• Is excited about being a positive role model
• Is comfortable on a ninja / obstacle course
• Is responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Is able to successfully climb our 8’ warped wall
• Able to lift 30lbs
• Has excellent communication skills, especially when working with kids.
• Holds a first aid and CPR certification (or is willing to obtain one).

Experience:
While no previous ninja experience is required, the following will help you stand out:

• An interest in gymnastics, rock climbing, parkour, or general fitness.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to listen and inspire others.
• Previous experience volunteering or working with children is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with setting up and breaking down obstacle courses, ensuring all equipment is safe and ready for use.
• Lead and supervise younger participants as they navigate our ninja obstacle courses.
• Encourage and motivate participants, helping them overcome challenges and reach their goals.
• Support the Ninja Leader and coaches in leading training sessions, providing guidance and encouragement.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the training areas.
• Be a positive example of respect, kindness, and hard work.
