Scheduling an Event at the MAC:

AVAILABILITY

Availability is based on the number of guests you are expecting.  Our facility can hold an event for up to 300 people.  We have numerous events and functions throughout the year and have limited space.  These event packages are for parties that fall outside the basic children’s birthday parties and would require more of a banquet style environment for your event.

PARTY DURATION

Most events and parties we offer are semi-private. We offer options for private events depending on the size of the party. You are guaranteed use of the space for up to 2.5 hours. Additional charges will be applied every ½ hour past the booked event end time.

SET UP AND DECOR

We will offer extra time to set up any decorations based on the size of the party. We suggest the use of balloons or flower centerpieces and other decorations that are easy to install and take down. Confetti is not permitted.

ACTIVITY DURING THE PARTY

We have 2 Courts ($190/hour) and 2 Turf fields ($480/hour) for your activities. If your event has no activity and will just be hosting a gathering with buffet, the seating area is $125/hour.

FACILITY WAIVER

All guests must sign our facility waiver or you must provide a Certificate of Insurance for the event. 

BOOKING YOUR EVENT

A 50% deposit will be required at time of booking. Tax and 15% gratuity is extra.  Final payment and guest count will be due 1 week prior to the event  based on the projected number of people for proper planning.

FOOD PACKAGES

Party food packages (Buffet Style)  are priced out per person.  Add-ons are available to the party packages with selected menu items. All packages include fountain drinks and coffee. Bar drinks and beer are charged at regular menu prices. All alcohol charges are based upon consumption. A bar tab can be added to your check or handled as a “cash bar” meaning your guests will pay for their own drinks.

THE MAC EVENT / PARTY BUFFET MENU

Pizza Package:  Homemade thin crust pizza, available in, cheese, sausage, pepperoni and veggie. $17.95 per person (Age 11+), $8.95 per child (Age 10u)

Pizza & Salad Package: Homemade thin crust pizza, available in, cheese, sausage, pepperoni and veggie. Choice of Garden Salad (iceberg and romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and homemade croutons) with choice of dressing - balsamic, ranch, Italian, honey mustard or blue cheese or Caesar Salad (romaine lettuce, romano cheese - tossed in caesar dressing and topped with homemade croutons. $20.50 per person (Age 11+), $10.25 per child (Age 10u)

Pizza, Pasta & Salad Package: Homemade thin crust pizza, available in cheese, sausage, pepperoni and veggie. Mostaccioli served with homemade marinara or alfredo sauce. Choice of Garden Salad (iceberg and romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and homemade croutons) with choice of dressing - balsamic, ranch, Italian, honey mustard or blue cheese or Caesar Salad (romaine lettuce, romano cheese - tossed in caesar dressing and topped with homemade croutons). $22.95 per person (Age 11+), $11.50 per child (Age 10u)

Italian Beef, Pasta & Salad Package: Slow roasted beef -  sliced thin and simmered in au jus. Served with giardiniera, sweet peppers and Italian bread (3” slices). Mostaccioli served with homemade marinara or alfredo sauce. Choice of Garden Salad (iceberg and romaine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and homemade croutons) with choice of dressing - balsamic, ranch, italian, honey mustard or blue cheese or Caesar Salad (romaine lettuce, Romano cheese - tossed in caesar dressing and topped with homemade croutons). $25.95 per person (Age 11+), $12.95 per child (Age 10u)

Our Famous Mac - Tacos, Rice & Beans Package: Choice of : grilled steak, grilled chicken or carnitas. Grilled corn tortillas served with onions, lettuce, cilantro, tomatoes, cheese and homemade salsa. Homemade mexican ham pasta (macaroni, mayo, sour cream, jalapeños, ham and veggies. Authentic mexican rice and beans. $27.95 per person (Age 11+), $13.95 per child (Age 10u)
